From its inception, Lakeland has been a family owned and operated company with a strong connection to the community it serves. President and Founder, Fahim Gemayel graduated with a business degree from Lake Erie College and attended an Engineering Masters Program at Case Western Reserve University. After acquiring the knowledge he needed, Fahim molded Lakeland into a general construction company that stands out from the rest by always upholding the highest of standards and providing the highest quality of work for every client.

The company has remained true to its core values, staying small and efficient. We want every client, design team and future clients to receive the special treatment that can only be achieved by working with our dedicated custom team.
