State of  Ohio Senatorial Citation 2017, for commitment to exquisite craftsmanship at the Willoughby library renovation. The work of Lakeland and his devoted staff has become virtually synonymous with innovation, integrity and quality.

Butler’s High Performance Award for 2009, This award is given to Builders that meet and exceed annual trade area goals plus demonstrate superior marketing skills of Butler Building and roof systems.

Butler’s High Performance Award for 2007, This award is given to Butler Builders that meet and exceed annual trade area goals plus demonstrate superior marketing skills of Butler Building and roof systems.

“Green Building Of America” award 2008, presented by the Building of America Network for excellence in Green Building on the Fuchs Mizrachi School. Our designs uphold environmental standards, and we keep working to lead the way in the environmental aspects and innovations of our industry.

Butler’s Million Dollar Builder for 2006, This award is held in highest esteem by Butler by virtue of Lakeland Management Systems’ forceful salesmanship, professional management and honest business policy.

Lake County Entrepreneurs Club recognition 2005, for an exceptional presentation and helping improve small businesses in Lake County. We love taking part in the small business building in our community.
